Como 1907 Tickets

Como team header graphic featuring team branding and ticket information for upcoming games.
Como 1907 wrote one of the great success stories of recent Italian football in the 2025-26 season: under head coach Cesc Fàbregas, the club finished Serie A in 4th place with 71 points (20 wins, 11 draws, 7 losses), secured by a 4-1 away win at Cremonese on the final matchday, 24 May 2026. Como qualified for the UEFA Champions League for the first time in its history, ahead of AC Milan (70 points) and Juventus (69 points). The captain’s armband is worn by Lucas Da Cunha. In the Coppa Italia, Como reached the semi-finals, the club’s best ever run in the competition, before losing 2-3 to Inter Milan in the second leg on 21 April 2026 at the San Siro, following a goalless first leg at home, in which Hakan Çalhanoglu and Petar Sucic turned the tie around late on. The road to this point is one of the most remarkable stories in European football: in 2019, after going bankrupt, the club started again from scratch in Serie D, and under the ownership of the Hartono family it climbed back up in only five years, through Serie B, back to Serie A, and now into European football. Como play their home matches at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia, sitting right on the shore of Lake Como, a stadium currently being renovated with an eye on possible future international competitions. Also on a quiet midweek fixture, demand for a seat in this stadium rarely drops. Book all your Como tickets for the 2026-2027 season securely online on Livefootballtickets.com. We currently have 1396 tickets available across all Como fixtures, with prices starting from just $53 and an average ticket price of $141. Fans can purchase tickets for all Como games throughout the season, home and away alike.

I was first hesitant about buying tickets through a website I hadn't heard of but I was very pleased with the service from LiveFootballTickets. I bought a reasonably priced ticket to the Arsenal v Manchester City Community Shield match and it was delivered the next day and successfully saved to wallet without any problems. On matchday the ticket scanning worked just fine and I was able to see a memorable match in my home city. Great booking experience! Highly recommended for football events

Stadium information

Name:

Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia

Capacity:

around 12.379 (from 2026-27, after the Curva Est expansion)

Address:

Viale Giuseppe Sinigaglia 2, 22100 Como, Italy

Club:

Como 1907

Description:

The Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia sits right on the western shore of Lake Como, only minutes on foot from the historic town centre. It was built in 1927 at the request of the town council of the time, for the celebrations honouring Como-born physicist Alessandro Volta, and it is considered one of the earliest examples of rationalist architecture in Italy. It is named after Giuseppe Sinigaglia, a rower and war hero born in Como who died during the First World War. Because of its unique waterside setting, with many stands offering a view over the lake, the famous Italian sports journalist Gianni Brera once called the Sinigaglia the “most beautiful stadium in the world”. Not only the setting itself, also the compact build means you are close to the pitch from almost every seat. Since May 2026, a large-scale renovation of the stadium has been under way, preparing it for possible future international competitions. You will feel the weight of this extraordinary setting the moment you first look out towards the lake and the mountains behind it.

The Curva Como, on the western side of the ground, is home to the club’s most loyal supporters, while away fans are traditionally placed in a separate section of the Curva Est. The Distinti Parterre, with a direct view of the halfway line, and the covered Tribuna Coperta, with the Tribuna d’Onore at its centre, also make up the main areas of the Sinigaglia. Because of the ongoing work at the Curva Est, the exact seating layout can vary temporarily depending on the match date.

Best way to travel to the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia

Once your Como tickets are booked, it’s time to work out how to reach the stadium. The city of Como recommends public transport or a walk along the lakeside on matchdays, mainly because parking around the ground is limited. Not only by train, also by bus and bicycle, you will get to the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia without any trouble. Working out the route can be a bit of stressful the first time round, but once you’ve done it once, you get used to it quickly. Here are your options:

By Train

Como San Giovanni is the nearest station, less than 700 metres away, around a 9 minute walk from the stadium. Direct trains from Milano Centrale and Milano Garibaldi reach Como San Giovanni in around 35 to 40 minutes, making Como one of the easiest grounds to reach by train in the whole of Serie A. From the smaller Como Nord Lago station, right on the lakeside in the town centre, the stadium is also just a few minutes on foot. Not only from Milan, also from Switzerland, from Lugano and Chiasso, Como is well connected by the cross-border rail line.

By Bus

Several ASF Autolinee city bus lines connect central Como to the area around the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia, with stops just a few minutes’ walk from the main entrances. Extra services are added on matchdays, not only towards the stadium before kick-off, but also back into town after the final whistle. The trip from the city centre takes only a few minutes, depending on traffic, since Como is a fairly compact city. Also on the biggest Serie A matchdays, when the ground is close to sold out, you will find the return buses fairly crowded right after the final whistle. Build in a bit of extra time for that.

By Bicycle

Thanks to its lakeside promenade, Como is a surprisingly bike-friendly city, and the ride from the historic centre to the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia takes only 10 to 15 minutes along the water. You will find bicycle racks near the stadium. Not only do you avoid all the matchday traffic this way, also the ride along the lake promenade in the evening is a genuinely nice way to end the evening. Most fans who try it once come back to it the next time round.

By Car

Como is well connected via the A9 motorway (Milan-Chiasso), which links the city to Switzerland, as well as the A59 (Tangenziale di Como). From the city centre, the stadium is only 1.5 kilometres away, a drive of only a few minutes outside peak hours. Those coming from Milan take the A9 straight towards Como, then follow the signs for the Stadio Sinigaglia. You will find paid parking in the areas around the ground, though capacity is limited given the compact town-centre location. After the final whistle, leaving the area can be a bit of stressful. Not only around the stadium itself, also on the lakeside approach roads, traffic can stay heavy for quite a while after a big match. Those who arrive early get a better choice of parking, and also an easier way out afterwards.

The stands at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia

The Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia is split into four main areas: the Curva Como, the Curva Est, the Distinti Parterre and the Tribuna Coperta. On Como home matchdays, the Curva Como is the club’s own end, while away fans are placed in a separate section of the Curva Est. You will never get the feeling of watching from far away, whatever stand you are in, since the stadium’s compact design keeps even the furthest seats close to the action, with the lake as a backdrop behind several stands. Also this is one of the reasons a matchday at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia is so special. Not only the home end, also the away section sits close enough to feel part of the game.

Curva Como

The Curva Como, on the western side of the ground, is the club’s own end, the section where the most loyal supporters gather behind the goal for the full 90 minutes. You will have the best atmosphere in the stadium right here, with a constant wall of noise, flags and chanting whenever Como play at home. For someone who has never experienced an Italian curva before, all that noise so close can be a bit of stressful, but if you want to feel what Como really means to this city, the Curva Como gives you a very special experience. A good choice if you plan to take seat only in a manner of speaking, since almost everybody around you will be standing and singing.

Curva Est

On the opposite side of the pitch is the Curva Est, part of which is set aside for away supporters on Como home matchdays. Away fans travelling to the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia for a Como match are placed here, in a clearly separated area with its own entrance. The view from here is good, with a clear sightline over the whole pitch and the Curva Como in the distance. Not only the distance, also the angle from this section is a bit more side-on than from the touchline stands, so bring a good pair of binoculars if you want to follow every detail. Because of the ongoing work in this area, the exact seating layout can vary depending on the match date.

Distinti Parterre

The Distinti Parterre runs along one side of the pitch, very close to the grass and with a direct view of the halfway line. From here you get one of the best sightlines in the whole stadium, right by the action and the dugouts. Tickets here are among the most sought-after in the ground, precisely because the closeness to the pitch is so exceptional. A good choice if you want to experience the match up close, with a full view of every play right in front of you. You will feel closer to the action than in almost any other stand.

Tribuna Coperta

Directly across from the Distinti Parterre sits the covered Tribuna Coperta, with the Tribuna d’Onore, the club’s boxes and hospitality area, at its centre. From here you get a very good overview of everything that happens on the pitch, sheltered from the rain and the sun. Tickets in the Tribuna d’Onore are usually among the most expensive in the ground. Not only the view from here is excellent, also being close to the lake makes this stand a popular choice for families and first-time visitors. Also for a group visiting Como for the first time, this stand tends to be a comfortable and relaxed choice.

Which stand should you choose?

We made this table so you can compare all four areas of the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia in one quick look. Check what matters most to you and you will find the right section.

Priority Best Stand Why
Best atmosphere Curva Como Como’s own end, flags and chanting, loudest part of the ground for the full 90 minutes
Best view Distinti Parterre Direct view of the halfway line, very close to the pitch and the dugouts
First-time visitor Tribuna Coperta Covered, good overview, lake view, easy access from the centre
Families with children Tribuna Coperta lower tier Quieter than the Curva Como, comfortable seating, sheltered from the weather
Budget-conscious Curva Como upper tier More affordable than the main stands, still a full view of the pitch
Singing and standing Curva Como Plan to stand, sing and follow the ultras for the full 90 minutes
Away fans Curva Est (away section) Separate entrance, full view of the pitch and the Curva Como in the distance
Premium comfort Tribuna d’Onore Boxes, padded seating, best service in the stadium, right on the lake

About Como 1907

Current Manager:

Cesc Fàbregas

Current Captain:

Lucas Da Cunha

League Position Last Season:

4th place, Serie A 2025-26

Club history

Como was founded on 25 May 1907 as Como Foot-Ball Club, by a group of members who met at the Bar Taroni on Via Cinque Giornate in the town centre. Not only its founding year, also its turbulent history, marked by several name changes, makes Como one of Italy’s clubs richest in tradition, but for a long time also one of its most tested. In December 2004, the club went bankrupt and had to start again completely from scratch in Serie D under the name Calcio Como. In spring 2017 came a second bankruptcy, which once again pushed the club to the brink of extinction. Also this is a chapter of the club’s history that makes the current success all the more remarkable.

In 2019, the Indonesian Hartono family, owners of the Djarum Group tobacco company, took over the club right after it won Serie D Group B in 2018-19. What followed is one of the fastest rises in the history of European football: still in Serie D in 2019, already in Serie B by 2021, and back in Serie A in 2024, after 21 years away. But no chapter weighs heavier than the 2025-26 season under Cesc Fàbregas, who took charge of the club in the summer of 2025 on a four-year contract. Como finished the season in 4th place with 71 points, secured by a 4-1 away win at Cremonese on the final matchday, 24 May 2026, qualifying for the UEFA Champions League for the very first time in the club’s history. This 4th-place finish matches the club’s previous best-ever league position, achieved in the 1935-36 season, but the meaning for the club is completely different: instead of a minor historical footnote, it is the start of a new chapter in European football. Fàbregas confirmed shortly after the end of the season that he remains committed to the project: “I am very happy here. I am still learning a lot. We are building a mentality.”

In the Coppa Italia, Como reached the semi-finals, the club’s best ever run in the history of the competition. After a goalless first leg at home at the Sinigaglia on 3 March 2026, the club lost the second leg on 21 April 2026 at the San Siro by 2-3, after Hakan Çalhanoglu scored with a spectacular long-range shot and then a header in the 86th minute, and Petar Sucic finished things off three minutes later in a scramble near the box. Head coach Fàbregas said afterwards that the defeat owed more to Inter’s quality than to any mistake by his own side. Living through a season like that as a supporter can be a bit of stressful, so many emotions all at once, but for Como, 2025-26 was without doubt the most successful season in the club’s history.

Como 1907 and the city of Como

Como is a city of around 85.000 people in Lombardy, sitting right on the south-western shore of Lake Como and only a few kilometres from the Swiss border. Football long stood in the shadow of the big Milanese neighbours, Inter and AC Milan, but that has changed fundamentally since the rise under the Hartono family’s ownership. The whole region around the lake now follows the club with growing pride, with Como becoming, well beyond the city limits, a symbol of the rapid rise of a name rich in tradition but long forgotten.

Como is also one of Italy’s most visited tourist cities, known for its lakeside promenade, its old town and the surrounding villas. On matchdays, the streets around the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia fill with supporters, and the walk from the town centre along the lake to the stadium has become part of the ritual for many fans, whether they are from Como itself or from abroad. Also the bars around Piazza Cavour, right on the lakeside, fill up quickly before kick-off, so if you want a table, it helps to arrive a bit early.

Famous players

Because of the long years spent in Italy’s lower divisions, Como’s modern success story is closely tied to the current squad. Nico Paz, the Argentine playmaker, was named Serie A’s “Rising Star of the Month” several times during the 2025-26 season, and is considered one of the biggest talents in the whole league. Anastasios Douvikas was Como’s top scorer with 9 goals for the season, while goalkeeper Jean Butez, with 13 clean sheets, posted the second-best record of any goalkeeper in the league, just behind Inter’s Yann Sommer. Not only these three players, also the whole squad under Cesc Fàbregas made a name for itself across Europe in a single season. Also the club’s older history, like the 1935-36 team that had held the club’s best league finish until now, still serves as a reference point in the club’s story for its older supporters.

Como 1907 Honours and Trophies

Como have not yet won any major national title, but the 2025-26 season, with its 4th-place finish in Serie A and the club’s first ever Champions League qualification, is already considered a historic success in its own right. Reaching the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia, the club’s best ever run in the competition, also counts among the biggest moments in the club’s recent history. It is a huge amount of attention for a club that only restarted after its Serie D bankruptcy in 2019. Cheap and premium Como football tickets for the Serie A, Champions League and Coppa Italia are available to buy now at Livefootballtickets.com.

Best league finish:

4th place, Serie A 1935-36 and Serie A 2025-26 (with first Champions League qualification)

Best Coppa Italia run:

Semi-final 2025-26 (0-0 then 2-3 against Inter Milan)

Top scorer of the season:

Anastasios Douvikas, 9 goals (Serie A 2025-26)

Notable record:

4-1 away win against Cremonese on 24 May 2026, securing the club’s first ever Champions League qualification

Como 1907 rivalries

Main rivalry

The Derby Insubria against Varese

The most intense rivalry in Como’s world is the match against Varese, named after the historic Insubria region that links the two cities in north-western Lombardy. It is one of the derbies most defined by campanilismo, that fierce sense of local rivalry, so intense that it is considered risky even in the lower divisions, where the two clubs have met more often over the years than in Serie A. Not only the geographical closeness, also the opposing fanbases of these two provincial cities give this fixture its particular edge. Fully understanding this rivalry from the outside can be a bit of stressful, given how deep the feelings run on both sides of the region.

Since Varese has not played in Serie A for years, there are currently no direct meetings at the top level, but the Derby Insubria stays very much alive in the lower divisions and in cup matches, followed with real passion by supporters of both clubs. Not only in the provinces of Como and Varese, also across the whole of northern Italy, this rivalry is recognised as one of the most intense local rivalries. You will hear supporters from both sides talk for years about past editions of this fixture.

Further rivalries

Besides the Derby Insubria, Como also carries the Derby del Lario against Lecco, named after the Latin name for Lake Como, a fixture between two lakeside towns linked by a long shared history. The more recent rivalry with Monza, another rising club from Lombardy, has also turned into something of a rivalry in recent years. Since the promotion to Serie A, every meeting with the two big Milan clubs, Inter and AC Milan, only a short train ride from Como, is also followed with particular attention, even if it is not a traditional local derby in the strict sense.

Frequently asked questions about Como tickets

Como away tickets have, since the club’s historic 4th-place finish and first ever Champions League qualification, become much harder to get than just a few years ago. This is due to the fact that there is much more space for home fans in every stadium than there is for Como supporters. We have managed to get our hands on Como tickets for almost every Serie A and European match. Select the away match you want to attend, then look at the ticket inventory. All our away match tickets are labelled. The most used labels for Como’s away matches are: Como section, Away section, Visiting supporters section and away end. When the section label does not look like any of these, the tickets are for the home team. Not only the label, also the seating map next to it will show you exactly where in the ground you will be. Working this out on your own can be a bit of stressful, so ask our support team if you are ever unsure.
