What Our Customers Say
Don't just take our word for it – here's what Manchester United fans have said about booking with us recently on Trustpilot:
"I've been to watch my team so many times, seen them beat the biggest teams in England and Europe. But I'd never seen them beat Liverpool. I had a chance to grab a ticket – another tick on the bucket list. Totally safe transaction, thanks for setting this up. I'm not an executive, just a fan, and I don't have a season ticket either. Can't beat the atmosphere at United. Fantastic experience."
– Paul Makin, Trustpilot, May 2026
"Last time I visited Old Trafford was over 6 years ago! Definitely missed seeing the Reds play. Tickets are very difficult to get these days and you guys made it possible. Easy transaction, tickets are sent via email and transferred to the wallet – it's as easy as that!"
– Luis Mendoza, Trustpilot, March 2026
"I purchased 2 tickets for Manchester United v Tottenham Hotspur, and from the point of sale right up until the game it was seamless. Purchased in December for my partner's Christmas present, had some email updates prior and received a WhatsApp 2 days before, with the ticket one day prior. Everything was perfect, would absolutely recommend!"
– Francesca Mairs, Trustpilot, February 2026
"We had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was so well organised and completely stress-free. From the moment we booked, communication was excellent and we felt very well looked after. The tickets were perfect and the seats were amazing (front row W102). Being able to experience the atmosphere, see the players training before the match, and enjoy the game from such great seats made it incredibly special – especially for our two children, who loved every second. Seeing Manchester United score right in front of us and coming home with a win made the whole experience unforgettable."
– Ciara Cahill, Trustpilot, February 2026
"Honestly, I was afraid of being scammed when I booked the tickets because of everything you read online. But everything went smoothly: I received my tickets 24 hours before the match and got in without any problem. We went for the derby between Manchester United and Manchester City on January 17th 2026! A few days before the match we were in a soccer store and talked with the locals – they told us they use LiveFootballTickets themselves and that it's reliable!"
– Maëlle, Trustpilot, January 2026

Stadium Information
Name:
Old Trafford
Capacity:
74,310
Address:
Sir Matt Busby Way, Stretford, Manchester M16 0RA, United Kingdom
Description:
Manchester United has played its home matches at Old Trafford since 1910. Famously nicknamed "The Theatre of Dreams" by Sir Bobby Charlton, it is the largest club stadium in the Premier League, holding more than 74,000 fans across its four stands. Walking up Sir Matt Busby Way toward the ground, past its iconic facade and famous statues, is one of soccer's great experiences. The club has confirmed plans for a new 100,000-seat stadium on the Old Trafford site, expected to open around 2032, which would become the largest club ground in the country.
The Best Way to Travel to Old Trafford
Once you've booked your Manchester United tickets, it's time to figure out how to get to Old Trafford. The ground sits in Stretford, to the south-west of downtown Manchester, and is well served by public transportation. Here are the best options for a game day visit.
By Train
The train is by far the best option. The nearest station is Manchester United Football Ground, right beside the stadium, with a direct game day service from Manchester Piccadilly. Be aware that the station gets very congested straight after the final whistle.
By Tram
The Metrolink tram is an excellent second option, especially for Sunday matches. The nearest stop is the Old Trafford stop next to Lancashire County Cricket Club on Warwick Road, around a ten-minute walk from the ground up toward Sir Matt Busby Way.
By Car
There are plenty of small private parking lots close to the stadium, but they fill up early on game days. If you do drive, aim to arrive at least one to two hours before kickoff to give yourself time to park and get in.
By Bus
Manchester has several frequent bus services that can bring you from downtown to Old Trafford. The 255, 256 and X50 are a few of those services that can bring you close to the stadium. It's not recommended to take the bus, since they are known for getting extremely busy on game days.
Old Trafford Guide
Old Trafford has four stands: the Stretford End, the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand, the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand, and the South Stand. Each has its own character, and your game day experience will be different in each stand. In this section we explain a little bit about each stand and what you can expect from booking your Man United tickets for that specific stand.
Stretford End (West Stand)
Behind one goal, the Stretford End is the home of the die-hard United fans. The atmosphere at the Stretford End is phenomenal – it won't be quiet when you're in this stand. The stand is named after the suburb of Stretford nearby Old Trafford. Ever since people can remember, the Stretford End has been the most vocal stand at Old Trafford.
Sir Alex Ferguson Stand (North Stand)
It's pretty clear why this stand is named after Sir Alex Ferguson, the greatest ever Man United manager and one of the greatest, if not the greatest, manager in the Premier League. This stand runs along the sideline of the field. The Sir Alex Ferguson Stand is a three-tier stand with some of the best sideline views. It has a mix of general admission and premium seating.
Sir Bobby Charlton Stand (East Stand)
On the complete opposite of the Stretford End you will find the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand. Another stand named after a huge name in the history of Manchester United. This stand is the one where the players enter the field, and it also hosts the directors' box and the bulk of the TV cameras. You will have the classic "TV view" of the match.
South Stand
The South Stand is a side stand offering good sideline views and a range of seating options, including a dedicated family section. Visiting supporters are housed here too, in a section in the south-east corner where the South Stand meets the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand. The famous Munich clock, which permanently shows the time of the 1958 disaster, sits on this side of the ground.
Which Stand Should You Choose?
It's important to be able to make the best decision when booking your Manchester United tickets. That's why we created this table with a quick comparison of all four stands. Check what matters most to you and you'll find the stand that fits what you're after.
| Priority | Best Stand | Why |
