Tickets worked and gave great seats

Bought tickets for myself and my young lad to the Tottenham Hotspur versus Charlton Athletic EFL Cup match midweek, was a bit nervous about the whole thing, but it turned out perfectly - including the result! A query I asked them was never answered so can’t vouch for the support team, but it wasn’t a vital or important one and I would look to use them again.

Before 2 hours start up I booked and in 30-40 minutes I get the tickets

Great tickets to watch Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. It was a League Cup match, but we scored each seat for around 60 quid. Nice surprise that our tickets also had a couple of drinks included. The support staff was great, I received the tickets a couple of days prior to the match with clear instructions and everything worked as expected.

It was 100% legit. They made my first ever live football match in my life and its in the iconic Chelsea Stamford Bridge

Purchased a ticket for Fulham/Chelsea about a week and a half before the match in the Hammersmith End. Ticket came three days before the match, process was easy. I was skeptical but was only in London for a few days and wanted to see the match. You are obviously paying above face value but if you really want to see a match, it's worth it.

Anfield Stadium

Name:

Anfield

Capacity:

61,276

Address:

Anfield Road, Liverpool L4 0TH, UK

Anfield Road

Description:

Anfield has been Liverpool's home since the club was founded in 1892. The ground originally hosted their noisy neighbors Everton. After a dispute Everton left Anfield and Liverpool was formed to play in this amazing stadium. Especially at the top of the Premier League, it's a unique venue. Where loads of clubs move into a new stadium, Liverpool play in a 100+ year old stadium. After the stadium expansion, the stadium now holds 61,276 soccer fans.

Anfield seating guide

The 61,276 fans are divided over 4 stands at Anfield Road. Here we'd like to share all you need to know about the four stands. With this information you should be able to make a decision about where you'd like to follow a match of the mighty Reds. The stadium is divided into the Kop, Main Stand, Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand and Anfield Road Stand.

The Kop

The Kop is one of the most famous stands in the world of soccer. It's most likely on a par with the Yellow Wall at Dortmund. The Kop is a single-tier stand behind the goal at the south end of Anfield. There is room for roughly 12,500 fans in the Kop. This is the stand where the die-hard Liverpool fans sit week in, week out. If you prefer the authentic Liverpool atmosphere over the best sightlines, you need to book your tickets in the Kop!

Main Stand

Not the most famous stand, but definitely the biggest stand at Anfield. After the stadium expansion, the Main Stand has room for 20,000 Liverpool fans across three tiers. From the Main Stand you've got the perfect view of the pitch and of the Kop Stand. This is the place to be if you want to be sure to watch every pass the right way.

Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand

The Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand was previously known as the Centenary Stand. After the stadium expansion in 2017, the club decided to name this stand after their greatest ever player. It's a two-tier stand opposite the Main Stand. The atmosphere here is usually a mix of the Kop and the Main Stand. This makes Sir Kenny Dalglish a perfect mix of atmosphere and sightlines.

Anfield Road Stand

In 2023 the club decided to redevelop the Anfield Road stand. The stand across the pitch from the Kop is now divided into two tiers. The lower tier is the place for away fans. Liverpool fans take their place in the upper tier of the Anfield Road Stand.

Which stand should you choose?

Now that you know a bit more about every single stand, it's time to pick the best place for you. In the table below, we give you the best option based on your priorities.

Priority Best Stand Why
Best atmosphere The Kop Nothing compares to the wall of sound
Best view Main Stand Upper Central Great views, you see everything
First-time visitor Main Stand or Sir Kenny Dalglish Balance of atmosphere and views
Families with children Main Stand Lower Comfortable, well-maintained seating
Budget-minded Anfield Road Upper or Dalglish Wings Good value, solid views
Singing & standing The Kop Expect to be on your feet throughout
Photography Main Stand Upper The best angles and goal clarity

Best way to travel to Anfield

When you've booked your Liverpool tickets it's time to find out how you can get to the stadium. The club advises everybody to take public transportation. These are the options you can use to get to Anfield.

By Bus

The 917 express bus runs direct from Liverpool city center to Anfield every 10 minutes, with the LFC Fan Support team on hand to assist supporters on buses departing straight after the game. From Liverpool city center you can also take the 26 or 27 from Liverpool ONE bus station or the 17 from Queen Square bus station directly to the ground. The 68/168 (Bootle–Aigburth) and the 14 and 19 (from Queen Square) stop a short walk away. The 501 soccer service runs direct to Lime Street Station from Walton Lane for up to two hours after the final whistle (adult £2, children £1, post-match only), and the 502 runs two post-match journeys to Lime Street.

By Train

Lime Street Station is roughly two miles from Anfield. You can take a taxi or a bus from the nearby Queen Square Bus Station. Alternatively, head to Liverpool Central (about a 5-minute walk from Lime Street) and buy a ticket to Sandhills station, asking for a 'Soccerbus ticket' — this grants access to both the rail network and the Soccerbus shuttle that runs directly to the stadium, from three hours before kick-off up to ninety minutes after the final whistle.

By Taxi

Taxis are a viable option on a matchday. There are several taxi pick-up points outside the stadium and on major routes, making it easier to get home after the final whistle.

The Anfield matchday: what to expect

Visiting Anfield is not just about watching soccer — for fans around the world it is a pilgrimage. Here's everything you need to know to enjoy your Liverpool matchday.

Liverpool FC Club Information

Other information

Jürgen Klopp transformed Liverpool after joining in October 2015, ending the club's 30-year league-title wait with the 2019/20 Premier League and lifting the Champions League in 2019, before leaving at the end of the 2023/24 season. Arne Slot took over for 2024/25 and won the Premier League at the first attempt — Liverpool's record-equaling 20th English league title. The 2025/26 campaign proved far tougher: the Reds finished fifth and qualified for the Champions League, and Slot was replaced in the summer of 2026 by Andoni Iraola, the Spaniard who had impressed at Bournemouth. The period also marked the end of Mohamed Salah's remarkable nine-year Anfield chapter, the Egyptian departing as one of the club's greatest ever players.

American influences

There's a clear American thread running through Liverpool, and it starts in the boardroom. Since 2010 the club has been owned by Fenway Sports Group (FSG), the Boston-based company led by principal owner John W. Henry, which also owns the Boston Red Sox. Under FSG's data-driven model Liverpool have won the Premier League, the Champions League and much more, growing into one of the most valuable clubs in world soccer. For American supporters, the Reds are very much "their" Premier League team.

Liverpool's Greatest Rivalries

Manchester United — The North-West Derby

The match between Liverpool and Manchester United is often referred to as the North-West derby. Both clubs are among the most successful in English soccer, and the rivalry is fueled by the two cities they represent.

Steven Gerrard scoring at Anfield

Everton — The Merseyside Derby

The short distance between Anfield and Goodison Park is the perfect ingredient for a fierce rivalry, making Everton a serious rival of Liverpool FC. The city is divided between the Red half (LFC) and the Blue half (Everton), and the Merseyside derby is one of the most passionate in world soccer.

AC Milan

Although Liverpool and AC Milan aren't geographically close, the fixtures between them have produced some of European soccer's most dramatic nights. Who will ever forget the 'Miracle of Istanbul' in the 2005 Champions League final? Whenever these two giants meet, there's drama.
