How the Danish Superliga works

Twelve clubs play a regular season of twenty-two games, home and away against every opponent, running from late July to spring with a winter break from December to February. The table then splits in two: the top six enter the championship round and the bottom six the relegation round, with all points carried over in full. Each group plays a further home and away series within itself. The championship round decides the title and the European places, the relegation round determines who goes down, and an additional European spot is settled by a play-off between the leading club from the relegation round and a side from the championship round.

Every listing shows the section or category, the number of seats available and whether the seats are together, so you know exactly what you are booking before you reach checkout. Prices are set by individual sellers and can move up or down as the game approaches.

Seating categories

Category 1 seats are usually located along the sides of the field and offer the best all-round view of play. Category 2 and 3 seats sit behind the goals or higher in the stands, and are the more affordable option for fans who want to be in the stadium and part of the atmosphere. Availability per category depends entirely on what sellers list for each game, and smaller grounds may operate a simpler category structure.

Opponents for the championship and relegation rounds are only known once the table has split, so those games are added later in the season than the regular campaign.

Yes. League play pauses from around early December to mid-February, so no Superliga games are played during that period.
