Last minute treat for the youngest to attend the match, within the hour of buying the tickets they where in my wallet and the seats were brilliant, could maybe make it a little clearer on the fees as I thought the price was £140 but ended up £182 other than that excellent

I've used Live football tickets a couple of times and both occasions have been great. Decent prices, prompt arrival of email with tickets that are easy to download. I will use them again without a doubt.

Seating Chart | Choosing Your Seats

Choosing your seats at

Every stadium is laid out differently, but the questions you need to answer are the same everywhere. This guide walks through them so you can judge any section on the seating chart before you buy.

Along the sideline or behind the goal

Seats along the sideline give the clearest view of how a game unfolds. You see the shape of both teams, the space between the lines and where the play is heading. Seats behind the goal put you close to the action at one end and are usually where the loudest support gathers, but the far end of the field will feel distant for roughly half the game.

Lower level or upper level

The lower level brings you closest to the players and to the noise. The trade-off is perspective: from the front rows the field flattens out and you lose sight of what is happening on the far side. Upper levels give you the full picture but move you further away. In most stadiums the sweet spot sits in the back half of the lower level or the first rows of the level above.

Cover, sun and wind

Roofs rarely cover a whole stand. Front rows and corner sections are the most exposed to rain, and corners tend to be the coldest seats because wind funnels through the gaps. For an afternoon kickoff, seats facing west can catch low sun in the first half.

Visiting supporters and family areas

Visiting fans are almost always allocated a section behind one goal or in a corner. Sitting nearby means a livelier atmosphere, which suits some fans and not others. Family areas are quieter, alcohol is usually not sold there, and staff are briefed to help families.

Accessible seating

Wheelchair positions are spread across the stadium and normally include a free companion seat. They cannot be booked through general sale, so contact the club or the venue directly and allow extra time, as the number of spaces is limited.

Before you buy

Check the section and row on your ticket against the seating chart, and remember that the same section can feel very different at the front and at the back. If you are travelling to for the first time, arriving early gives you time to find your entrance without rushing.
