Stadium information
Name:
GEODIS Park
Capacity:
30,109
Address:
501 Benton Ave, Nashville, TN 37203, USA
Description:
Nashville played their first seasons at Nissan Stadium, the Tennessee Titans' American football stadium, until they opened their own home in May 2022. GEODIS Park is the largest purpose-built football stadium in the United States and Canada, located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighbourhood, just over three kilometres from downtown. Its steep stands and enclosed roof keep the noise inside the ground, which is especially noticeable on big match nights. Away fans are usually placed in a corner of the South End, the area furthest from the home supporters' group.
The best way to get to GEODIS Park
Once you have your tickets for a Nashville match, you'll need to work out how to get to the stadium. Here are a few options to help you find the one that suits you best.
On foot
From downtown Nashville, GEODIS Park is just over three kilometres away, so many fans make the walk from downtown or from the Wedgewood-Houston neighbourhood itself. The area has breweries and venues that fill up before the match, making this the best way to experience the pre-match atmosphere.
By bus
WeGo Public Transit runs several routes on matchdays. It also operates a shuttle service from downtown to the vicinity of the stadium. This is the most convenient option if you're staying downtown, as it drops you just a few minutes' walk from the ground.
By car
The venue has official car parks around it, as well as several private car parks on nearby streets, almost all of which require advance booking online. The exits get congested at the end of the match, so if you're driving, we suggest it's worth parking a little further away and walking a few minutes.
By bike
Nashville has bike lanes connecting downtown with the stadium area. It's a quick way to get there and saves you the cost of parking.
GEODIS Park guide
GEODIS Park offers a very special experience, with a design similar to English stadiums, with steeper-than-usual stands so spectators are closer to the pitch, where practically every seat has good visibility and where the atmosphere is felt from the first minute, since the stadium tends to sell out for every match. That's where we come in, as we have tickets for every Nashville match. The stadium is divided into four areas, two side stands and two ends.
The main side stand is the one on the Bransford Avenue side. This is the stand behind the benches and the players' tunnel, with hospitality areas offering access to club sections, premium suites and other exclusive areas, making it ideal for those looking for a more complete and comfortable experience, as well as the best panoramic view of the pitch.
The other side stand is on the highway side and offers a great balance between price, visibility and atmosphere. It's a highly recommended area for those visiting the stadium for the first time who want to enjoy the match with a good view of the whole pitch and experience the great atmosphere of the home fans.
The end on the Benton Avenue side is the North End, the usual home of the supporters' group known as The Backline, making it the loudest stand in the stadium, with flags and drums for the full 90 minutes. If you don't mind standing for most of the match, you could look for tickets in this area.
The opposite end, the South End, lets you experience the match from behind one of the goals, where tickets tend to be cheaper and the atmosphere is calmer and more family-friendly. The stand starts very close to the pitch, so visibility is better than many expect.
Which area should you choose?
It's important to be able to make the best decision when booking your Nashville tickets. That's why we've put together this table comparing the areas based on the preferences you might have, so you can choose the area that best suits what you're looking for and enjoy your experience to the fullest.
| Priority | Best area | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Best atmosphere | North End | The stand where the supporters' group is based, with chants and drums for almost the whole match |
| Best visibility | Side stands (central area) | As in any stadium, the side stands offer a better view of the whole pitch |
| First-time visit | Highway-side stand | This is the area with the best balance of price, atmosphere and visibility, offering an unforgettable experience |
| Families with children | South End or highway-side stand | Both areas offer a more relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, while still having excellent amenities |
| Tight budget | South End or upper corners | These are the areas with the usually most affordable tickets |
| See the players up close | Bransford Ave. stand (lower central area) | These are the seats closest to the benches and the warm-up area |
| Maximum comfort and exclusivity | Bransford Ave. stand | This section houses the VIP and Premium areas, with the best amenities and infrastructure |

Other information
Nashville SC was founded in 2016 and competed in the USL until 2020, when they made the jump to MLS. The club's gold and navy colours come from the flag of the state of Tennessee, as do the three stars on the crest. And the city's nickname of 'Music City' is honoured with live music before every match.
Since arriving in the top flight, the club has built its identity on defensive solidity and collective work, a formula that allowed it to reach the playoffs in its first seasons and contest a continental final. The opening of GEODIS Park in 2022 reflected the growth of the project and turned Nashville into one of the league's biggest draws for attendance.
Nashville honours
Nashville doesn't yet have any titles in its trophy cabinet, although it came very close in the 2023 Leagues Cup final, which it lost on penalties. Since its MLS debut, it has regularly qualified for the MLS Cup playoffs and plays in the Leagues Cup every summer against Liga MX sides, meaning top-level matches all year round. Tickets for Nashville's matches, from the cheapest to the most exclusive, are available on Livefootballtickets.com.
Rivalries
The Southeast Derby vs Atlanta United
The clash against Atlanta United is the club's hottest rivalry, as the two big MLS markets of the southern United States. They're just over three hours apart by road and their fans travel in large numbers, so these matches usually have a great atmosphere and are the most sought-after tickets of the season at GEODIS Park. As they compete to be the leading football destination in the southeast of the country, the rivalry has grown stronger every year.
