Stadium information
Name:
Energizer Park
Capacity:
22,423
Address:
2019 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63103, USA
Description:
Energizer Park, formerly known as CITYPARK, opened in 2022, making it a practically brand-new venue. Purpose-built for football, its pitch sits several metres below street level, which means it doesn't look particularly tall from the outside, but inside, its steep stands bring fans very close to the pitch. Most notably, its fans have sold out tickets for practically every match since it opened.
The best way to get to Energizer Park
Once you have your tickets for a St. Louis match, you'll need to work out how to get to the stadium. Here are some options to help you decide which one suits you best.
By MetroLink
The MetroLink's Red and Blue Lines will get you to Union Station, about a ten-minute walk from the stadium, making it the most recommended option to avoid pre-match traffic.
On foot
Being right in the city centre, the stadium is easily reachable on foot from almost anywhere in downtown St. Louis.
Energizer Park guide
Energizer Park is a compact stadium where no seat is too far from the pitch, and every match usually draws a strong turnout. That's where we come in, since we have tickets for every St. Louis match. The stadium is divided into four zones: the East and West sides and the North and South ends.
West Side
This is the stadium's main stand, since it sits behind the benches and is home to most of the premium areas, such as the Pitch Boxes, the Pitch Club, the Together Credit Union Club and the executive boxes. It's also the section with the best shade on summer afternoons, which makes it one of the most sought-after.
East Side
This is the opposite side stand, so it offers the same view of the whole pitch, but with more affordable tickets, giving it the perfect balance of great visibility, price and stadium atmosphere. However, in afternoon matches, a certain part of this section gets the sun straight on.
North End
This is the stadium's Supporters Section, a general-admission area with steeper stands where fans stand for the match, and where the club's supporters' groups are based, with chanting throughout almost the entire match. This is the section with the cheapest tickets.
South End
This is the opposite end, with a calmer, more family-friendly atmosphere. Tickets here are cheaper than on the sides.
Which zone should you choose?
To help you make the best decision when buying your St. Louis tickets, we've put together this short table comparing the options based on your preferences, so you can enjoy your experience to the fullest.
| Priority | Best zone | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Best atmosphere | North End | This is the supporters' groups' stand, the loudest throughout the match |
| Best visibility | Sides | As in any stadium, the side stands offer the best view of the whole pitch |
| First visit | East Side | Offers the best balance of price, atmosphere and visibility |
| Families with children | South End | This is the venue's most relaxed, family-friendly zone. It also tends to have shade for day matches |
| Tight budget | North End | This is the most affordable section. Other options are the South End or the upper part of the East Side |
| Maximum comfort and exclusivity | West Side | This section is home to the premium areas, with the best services in the stadium |

Other information
St. Louis City SC was announced as MLS's 29th team in August 2019 and made its league debut in 2023. The city has a long footballing tradition in the United States, which was reflected from the club's very first match, with a sold-out stadium and excellent attendance figures for a debut team.
In its inaugural season, led by Bradley Carnell, St. Louis City became the first expansion team in MLS history to finish top of its conference in the regular season, though it was eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by Sporting Kansas City. Since that historic start, the club has been looking to recapture that early form.
St. Louis City SC honours
St. Louis City doesn't have any titles in its cabinet yet, which is logical for a club that made its MLS debut in 2023. Its most memorable achievement remains finishing top of the Western Conference in its first season. Tickets for St. Louis City matches, from the cheapest to the most exclusive, are available on Livefootballtickets.com.
Rivalries
Derby vs Sporting Kansas City
The clash against Sporting Kansas City is the club's biggest rivalry. It doesn't officially have a name, though it's known as the Heartland Derby, after the country's industrial and agricultural heartland region, where both clubs are based. Despite being a new rivalry, it has quickly built up a lot of intensity.
