Service was very good, tickets arrived more than 24 hours before the match which was great as other sites ive used didn't get the tickets to me on time. The staff also sent me emails asking me to confirm that I had received the tickets which gives you piece of mind. Don't have any faults.

Bought a ticket for one of the FA cup semi finals. Not a member of the club so the options were to watch on TV, pay an outrageous price for an official hospitality package, or the moronic option is to trust a total stranger on social media and say goodbye to the cash. I used this website as cheapest price via seatpick. The ticket arrived 4 days before the event as a pdf attached to an email and I also received a WhatsApp from the seller with instructions. No problems whatsoever with the ticket or admission. The 30% service fee was a bit steep.

The company did exactly what was promised. This was very, very expensive - but the 150% moneyback guarantee gave me confidence. I bought 2 sets of tickets for an Arsenal game and all came through perfectly and several days before the game. One ticket got upgraded for free which was great, but the implication was that they didn’t have the other ticket. So it can go wrong - but our experience was smooth and easy.
