    I received timely updates when I could expect to receive my tickets. On the day of the match, I received an email informing me that they had been sent. When I couldn't find them in my email-- the team responded to my request immediately to tell me they were working on it. They were back to me in 30 minutes telling me to look in my WhatsApp account. They were there!
