I was first hesitant about buying tickets through a website I hadn't heard of but I was very pleased with the service from LiveFootballTickets. I bought a reasonably priced ticket to the Arsenal v Manchester City Community Shield match and it was delivered the next day and successfully saved to wallet without any problems. On matchday the ticket scanning worked just fine and I was able to see a memorable match in my home city. Great booking experience! Highly recommended for football events

Stadium Information

Name:

Hill Dickinson Stadium

Capacity:

52,769

Address:

Bramley-Moore Dock, Liverpool L5 9SR, United Kingdom

Description:

Hill Dickinson Stadium has been Everton's home since the start of the 2025/26 season, when the club left Goodison Park after 133 years. It sits on the Liverpool waterfront at Bramley-Moore Dock, around two miles north of the city centre. Designed by American architect Dan Meis, the 52,769-capacity, all-seater ground is built as a single tight bowl with steep stands that loom over the pitch, with the South Stand – the designated home end, nicknamed the "Blue Wall" – among the steepest stands in the Premier League and built for sheer noise. After more than a century at Goodison Park, the move gives one of English football's most historic clubs a modern home to match its stature, and on a full matchday the new ground already promises to be one of the most intimidating venues in the country.

The Best Way to Travel to Hill Dickinson Stadium

Once you've booked your Everton tickets, it's time to figure out how to get to Hill Dickinson Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock. There are several ways to reach the ground in Liverpool's waterfront district, and if you're staying nearby the club actually recommends walking. Here are the best options for a matchday visit.

By Train

The closest station is Sandhills, on the Merseyrail Northern Line, roughly a 15–20 minute walk from the stadium. Merseyrail has increased services to meet the extra demand on matchdays, and a dedicated fan management zone has been set up at Sandhills to handle the larger crowds safely. From Sandhills, follow the signed matchday walking route down to the waterfront.

By Car

You can drive, but be aware that a Football Match Parking Zone covers the area within roughly a 30-minute walk of the stadium, with matchday parking restrictions similar to those around other major grounds. The stadium is reached via Regent Road (the Dock Road) and the surrounding city-centre routes. Only limited parking is available in designated areas, so arriving by public transport is strongly recommended. Give yourself plenty of extra time, as the area gets very busy before and after the match.

By Bus

The Bramley-Moore Dock area is well served by buses, with services including the 136, 20, 300, 47, 56, 835, 839, 800, 838, 54, 54A and 58A. The closest stops are around Wellington Dock and Sandhills Station. On matchdays a shuttle bus also runs from Bootle Strand Bus Station to a drop-off point near the ground.

By Ferry

Fitting for a stadium right on the water, the Liverpool Pier Head ferry terminal is around a 22-minute walk away, making the ferry across the River Mersey a scenic option for fans travelling in from the Wirral.

By Bike

Cycling is a healthy way to reach the ground, and with the heavy matchday parking restrictions it can be quicker than driving. There are 152 cycle parking stands for supporters along Regent Road and the Dock Wall within the stadium footprint, with a segregated cycle lane running along part of Regent Road.

Hill Dickinson Stadium Guide

Hill Dickinson Stadium has four stands: the South Stand, the North Stand, the East Stand, and the West Stand. The bowl design keeps the crowd close to the pitch and offers unobstructed views throughout, while the steep tiers are built to trap the noise. Whatever match you're interested in, we have tickets for every Everton game.

South Stand

Behind one goal is the single-tier South Stand, the designated home end and the heartbeat of the stadium. Known as the "Blue Wall," it has one of the steepest gradients allowed in the Premier League and rail seating through the lower section, all designed to generate as much noise as possible. If you want the full Everton experience, this is where you want to be.

North Stand

Behind the opposite goal is the large, two-tier North Stand, which houses the majority of the away section. Visiting fans are seated in the lower tier of the north-east corner, where the North and East stands meet, with an allocation in line with Premier League guidelines of around 3,000. Away supporters have their own turnstiles and a separate concourse.

East Stand

Running along one side, on Regent Road, is the East Stand, home to the stadium's main Plaza entrance and the official club store. Its upper tier includes the premium "Club View" seating around the halfway line, with a private concourse and matchday extras. A small part of the away section sits at the northern end of this stand.

West Stand

Along the opposite side is the West Stand, which features the Western Boardwalk with views over the river and the city, plus the stadium's main hospitality areas. The family area is located in the lower tier of this stand, making it a good choice if you're bringing children or attending your first match.

Which Stand Should You Choose?

It's important to be able to make the best decision when booking your Everton tickets. That's why we created this table with a quick comparison of all four stands. Check what matters most to you and you'll find the stand that fits what you're after.

Priority Best Stand Why
Best atmosphere South Stand (Home End) The steep, single-tier "Blue Wall" built for noise
Best view East or West Stand (upper tier) Elevated, central views across the bowl
First visit South Stand The full Hill Dickinson Stadium experience
Family-friendly West Stand (lower tier) Designated family area, calmer atmosphere
Premium / hospitality West Stand boardwalk / East Stand Club View Hospitality lounges and premium seating
Visiting fans North Stand Hill Dickinson Stadium's designated away section

Other Information

David Moyes is back at the club where he built his reputation. After a difficult spell under Sean Dyche, Moyes returned in January 2025 for a second stint and is now charged with leading Everton into a new era at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. The Scot, who first managed the Toffees from 2002 to 2013, knows exactly what the club means to its supporters, and the challenge now is to build on the stability of his first season back and push Everton up the table. English influences

Everton have long had a strong English core, both on the pitch and in the dugout. The figurehead is goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, England's long-serving number one and a member of the Three Lions' 2026 World Cup squad. The squad also features established England internationals in defenders James Tarkowski and Jarrad Branthwaite, alongside English winger Jack Grealish. The club's academy has a proud record of producing English talent too, most famously Wayne Rooney, who broke through at Everton as a teenager before returning to the club later in his career. In the dugout, the Toffees' most recent English manager was Sean Dyche, in charge until January 2025, before David Moyes returned for his second spell.

Everton Honours & Trophies

Everton are one of the heavyweights of English football, founder members of both the Football League and the Premier League, and have spent more seasons in the top flight than almost any other club. Only a handful of clubs have won more league titles than the Toffees' nine, and their trophy cabinet also includes five FA Cups and a famous European triumph in 1985. While the wait for a more recent major trophy has been a long one, Everton's history places them firmly among the country's most decorated clubs.

Top-Flight League Titles:

9 (latest: 1986/87)

FA Cup Wins:

5 (latest: 1994/95)

European Cup Winners' Cup Wins:

1 (1984/85)

Charity / Community Shield Wins:

9 (latest: 1995)

Second-Tier Titles:

1 (1930/31)

Rivalries

Main Rivals

Liverpool

The Merseyside derby against Liverpool is one of the most famous fixtures in world football and the longest-running top-flight derby in England, with Everton and Liverpool's grounds sitting barely a mile apart across Stanley Park. It's long been one of the most fiercely contested games in the country, and since the start of the Premier League era the Merseyside derby has produced more red cards than any other fixture in the competition.

Minor Rivalries

Manchester United

Beyond their neighbours, many Everton fans also see Manchester United as rivals. The edge owes as much to the wider rivalry between the cities of Liverpool and Manchester – two great northern cities with a long history of competition – as it does to events on the pitch.
