I planned to come to the UK to watch my team but the match was rescheduled due to the FA Cup. So I had an opportunity to watch them in the Final thanks to LiveFootballTickets. It was effortless and although not the result I wanted an experience I’d never forget.

Great tickets, no fuss. Enabled us as tourists to see an EPL game. Purchased one hour before kick off. It was a great experience!

Bought 2 tickets for the FA Cup Final Man City v Chelsea. This is the 2nd time I’ve bought tickets on this site. The 1st time I gave the site 3/5 as the ticket arrived just 2 hours before kick off. This time I got the tickets the day before and received text messages keeping me informed and checking I’d got the tickets added to my Wallet ok. I was even told that help was available on the day from someone in the ground. A much better experience and great seats too. Would definitely use again 👍

I wasn’t able to buy tickets to this game through the usual channels, but I was able to buy through LiveFootballTickets. I was happy to pay a premium to be at the game and from a logistical point of view, i.e. buying the tickets, receiving the tickets, getting in, etc, it was seamless.

I have used Live Football Tickets 3 times now and although I get nervous about not receiving the tickets until the day before the event, they always arrive in time. The system is transparent and user friendly. Tickets easily transfer to Google Wallet for ease of use. We have had great seats to games. The icing on the cake was watching the FA cup final at Wembley with my young teenager and his team won! Well worth it! I would definitely recommend this company and I would use again without hesitation.

There was an issue with a ticket at the turnstile of the stadium. I messaged the customer support number provided and James from LFT replied in minutes. This was then followed by a phone call and everything was sorted by him and me and my family could enjoy the game. Would 100% use again.

Bought my tickets for the FA-Cup final at Thursday and got the tickets around 2 PM Friday. No problems with the tickets into the arena everything went smoothly! Great seats at the Chelsea end, shame about the results.

First time using “Live Football Tickets” for an event but the reviews were good and Ai told me they were the best 3rd-party site to use. Ticket selection was easy on their site with prices clearly displayed and the transaction perfect. The ticket prices I was willing to purchase were well over face value but I was grateful they were offered. Fees per ticket were high but again, I paid without question. If I had a small complaint it would be that their statement “tickets will be with you within 24 hours of your event start” was not met and so had to email them at t-23 hours. I received a swift and reassuring response from the team (Sam) and that I was to proceed with my travel plans for the event as I was assured the e-tickets would arrive in time and sure enough a few hours later (still a day before the event) they arrived with a request to confirm I’d received them from the same “Sam”, so the continuity of my query was initiated, delivered and followed up by the same team member. I liked that a lot. I would definitely use Live Football Tickets again and have already recommended them to others. They helped make a special day be successful. Thank you.

Champions League tournament set-up

The most prestigious pro-football competition in Europe, the Champions League, features national elite league champions and one or more runners-up of every national association. The Champions League final is the most watched annual sports event in the world. You can buy your Champions League final tickets securely online on Livefootballtickets. The Champions League tournament consists of three qualifying rounds: a play-off stage, a group stage, and four knockout rounds known as the Round of 16, resulting in two clubs going on to fight for the trophy in the Champions League Final. In both the qualifying rounds and play-off round, clubs play two game ties each one at home and one away. The club with the greatest aggregate number of goals goes on to the next round. In the case of a draw, goals and then penalties determine the winner. From the start of last season, the group stage has a different format. 36 teams will all play 8 matches against different teams, 4 at home, 4 away from home. There will be 1 big table and the first 8 teams on this table will automatically qualify for the round of 16. Numbers 9 till 24 will play a play-off round to qualify for the round of 16. From there on the entire schedule is fixed so the numbers 1 and 2 will never face each other before the final. The big favourites to win this title are: Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid. Every team always plays with their A-team in this tournament. Even though the English teams also need to focus on the Premier League, FA Cup and EFL Cup.

English teams in the Champions League

There's a maximum of six teams per country that can qualify for the Champions League each season. Four English teams qualify directly via the Premier League table, where the top 4 qualifies directly. A fifth team can only qualify by winning the Champions League or Europa League without finishing in the top 4 of the league. This 2025-2026 season we've got 6 English teams in the tournament, Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, Chelsea and Newcastle United all qualified through the league. Tottenham Hotspur joined them after winning the Europa League. Manchester City is the latest English team to win the trophy in the 2022-2023 season.

2025-2026 Champions League

This season is a special one with 1 country getting 6 teams in the tournament. The great performance by English teams during the 2024-2025 season handed them 2 extra tickets.

History

The Champions League once started as the European Cup in 1955-1956. In the beginning this tournament was solely for national league winners. This tournament was the domain of Real Madrid, who won the first five editions of this tournament. Benfica was the first club to break through Madrid's dominance, by winning the European Cup in 1961. In 1992, they changed the name of the tournament into the Champions League. The tournament expanded big time since the renaming.
