Bought tickets for a PL game as a gift for my Son- I was nervous having never done this before and after buying I read the bad reviews- Tickets by Whatsapp the day before and one or two staff on the help email the day before being a little cagey with me didn't help. As far as the company go I was kept updated but tickets were from a third party so was reliant on them- the company were very helpful on email and we had great seats and a great experience.
