Purchased a ticket for Fulham/Chelsea about a week and a half before the match in the Hammersmith End. Ticket came three days before the match, process was easy. I was skeptical but was only in London for a few days and wanted to see the match. You are obviously paying above face value but if you really want to see a match, it's worth it.

Had an email prior to match asking me to acknowledge receipt and I had one very prompt response to a quick question I had. Couldn’t fault the service.
