However, on matchdays, Arsenal tube station can get quite busy, so if you’d prefer to avoid the rush of supporters, you could opt to get the Picadilly or Victoria line to Finsbury Park tube station, and take a 20 minute walk from there.

Leeds will be hoping the result is a little bit closer this time round, and having improved their squad over the summer, they have continued their fine form from the end of last campaign, so should be able to put up much more of a fight against an Arsenal side licking their wounds after a chastening defeat to Brighton.

Arsenal head into the 2026-2027 campaign as reigning Premier League champions. With Mikel Arteta at the helm, the Gunners ended their 22 year wait for the Premier League title. Despite being the best team in the league last season, Arsenal have once again spent big in the summer transfer window, securing the likes of Ezri Konsa and Bruno Guimarães from Aston Villa and Newcastle United respectively. Adding this level of quality to a side that won the Premier League and reached the Champions League final last season means they will have to be considered favourites for the Premier League title again. As a result, it’s up to Mikel Arteta and his side to prove they are able to sustain this level of success for years to come.
Leeds 2026-2027 Season
Leeds head into the 2026-2027 season off the back of some really strong form towards the end of last campaign. They have once again strengthened over the summer with the likes of Harry Wilson and James Trafford coming in. Harry Wilson had the best season of career at Fulham last season, while James Trafford spent the year at Manchester City as number two to Gianluigi Donnarumma. Although he struggled for game time, the English keeper is still considered one of the best young goalkeepers in the country and he has brought a calming presence to Leeds in between the sticks. On top of these fantastic signings, Leeds also have one the most in-form strikers in the country in Dominic Calvert-Lewin. The former Everton forward has got off to a flyer this season and has even earned a recall to the England squad for their upcoming Nations League fixtures.
