Very straightforward and easy. Tickets were easy to upload to apple wallet and we got in straight away with a simple scan, which was a huge relief. Had an email prior to match asking me to acknowledge receipt and I had one very prompt response to a quick question I had. Couldn’t fault the service. It was a positive experience generally speaking. The tickets worked well even after starting minutes of the game because I was a bit late to the Etihad stadium. The customer service works well, they clarified my doubts quickly. The reason why I put 4 stars and not 5 is because of the price, which is quite overpriced ( service fees) comparing to the prices of the tickets . Also they warn you about possible problems with stewards and some id checks ( which was not a case for me) and it makes you a bit worried about the entrance before the game. However if you are willing to pay a bit more it might be a good option for you, because it's quite challenging to get to the stadium of the top EPL teams, and they help you to do it!
