Aguero Out For a Month

Manuel Pellegrino has confirmed the reports that Argentinian striker Sergio Aguero will be out for a month following his latest injury setback.Aguero picked up the knock during City's recent 5-1 drubbing of Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane. He was dragged off as a precautionary measure just before half-time. The news will come as a huge blow to the player and his club, as he has only just returned from a month on the sidelines with a calf injury.Manchester City returned to the top of the Premier League following their convincing win over Spurs, and they now face the prospect of a knockout Champions' League tie against Barcelona on 18th February without one of their most influential players. However, it hasn't been all bad news for City boss Pellegrini this week, as he should be able to bring Alvaro Negredo back into the team for the upcoming tie against Chelsea. The Spanish striker - who as scored 23 goals for City this term - picked up a shoulder injury against West Ham earlier in the season, but he was an unused substitute for City's demolition of Spurs.
