Spurs 2-2 Man U, Cardiff City 0-3 Arsenal & other matches

Tottenham 2-2 Man UTD

Man UTD came from behind twice and Rooney was responsible for scoring a brace that enabled a 2-2 result while playing the Spurs at White Hart Lane. Tottenham went ahead after a free kick fired by Walker travelled under the Man United wall, but Walker also made a mistake with a cross from Jones and allowed Rooney to pull United to a level score.

The lead was restored by Tottenham as Sandro kicked the ball into the top corner, although United responded quickly. Lloris fouled Welbeck when he was in the box and Rooney pulled off a goal soon after to keep the game level. Both teams are currently outside of the top four in the league as Tottenham are trailing Arsenal by ten points and Man UTD are trailing by nine.

Cardiff 0-3 Arsenal

Arsenal have well and truly cemented their place at the top of the Premier League after they defeated Cardiff with a 3-0 score last Saturday. Ramsey continues to prove he's on top form as he scored twice, taking his premier league campaign tally up to eight goals. Flamini also scored for the team.

The Gunners almost made it into the lead just two minutes into the game when Wilshere gathered the ball near the box and unleashed a wild shot that hit the crossbar. Cardiff ignored a great opportunity not long after and scoring wasn't opened up until the 29th minute when Ramsey scored for Arsenal. Ramsay, who previously played for Wales at an international level, did not celebrate in front of his old team who applauded him for the gesture.

After the interval, Campbell could have brought the game level, if it wasn't for Szczesny who managed to keep the header out. Arsenal's second goal appeared in the 86th minute as Flamini hit home from the 18 yard mark. A quick counter attack from Ramsey delivered the final blow to Cardiff City in stoppage time.

Tickets for the next Arsenal matches, Man UTD tickets and tickets for Spurs Premier League games are all currently available.

Hull 3-1 Liverpool

It took seventeen different occasions for Hull City to finally beat Liverpool, but the team made up for it with their resounding success as they beat the Merseyside rivals 3-1 in the KC Stadium. Hull took the opportunity to score first in the 20th minute, although Gerrard managed an equaliser seven minutes later.

Hull was rewarded as they played excellently throughout the second half, reacting quickly to score with 19 minutes left on the clock. Skrtel's own goal increased Hull's lead to 3-1, a score that couldn't be changed in the remaining time. The result leaves Liverpool seven points behind Arsenal, the current leaders, and pushed Hull into the league table's top half.

Chelsea 3-1 Southampton

The surging comeback from Chelsea in the second half pushed the team 3-1 ahead as they played at Stamford Bridge last Sunday. The win pushes Chelsea into second place.

A surprising first minute goal pushed Southampton ahead, silencing the home crowd. However, goals in the second half from Cahill, Terry and Demba Ba produced one of the most emphatic game turnarounds that has kept the Blues snapping at the Gunner's heels.

Chelsea will be facing Stoke and Sunderland next week while Southampton are hosting Aston Villa and mounting an attack against City. Chelsea tickets can be bought on LiveFootballTickets, with LFC tickets and thousands of other game tickets available too.
