Capital One Cup Fourth Round Preview
In-form Arsenal will need to notch their first victory against London rivals Chelsea in over two years if they are to in their Capital One Cup fourth round tie on Tuesday. Gunners manager, Arsene Wenger, has utilised the tournament in recent seasons as an opportunity to blood his youngsters and freshen up fringe players and he deployed these tactics again in Arsenal's third round penalty shootout victory over West Bromwich Albion.
