Premier League: Man Utd 2-1 Liverpool | Arsenal 0-2 Man City

Manchester United 2-1 Liverpool

Manchester United preserved a seven-point advantage at the tops of the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over arch-rivals Liverpool.United took the lead in the first half thanks to a superbly struck goal from Robin van Persie. And Alex Ferguson's men doubled their advantage when Vidic unwittingly deflected a Patrice Evra header past the helpless Jose Reina. However, Liverpool struck back almost instantly thanks to a goal from in-form Daniel Sturridge, but the hosts hung on and took another giant leap towards the Premier League title.

Arsenal 0-2 Manchester City

Manchester City snagged all three points at the Emirates after an incident-packed match.Arsenal's Laurent Koscielny was sent of just 10 minutes into the fiery match after bringing down Edin Dzeko in the box. However, it was Dzeko himself who missed the resultant penalty. Struggling with only ten men, Arsenal were simply unable to get a foothold in the game, and James Milner gave the visiting team a deserved lead with a shot from a tight angle. Dzeko doubled City's advantage before half-time, and the visitors played out a comfortable draw. Further drama was to come, however, as Vincent Kompany saw red for a reckless challenge on Jack Wilshere. You can buy Manchester United tickets and Arsenal Champions' League tickets right here.
