Earlier this week we’ve discussed Liverpool and Manchester City qualifying for the semi-finals in the Champions League. On Thursday the Europa League and Conference League games have been played. Olympique Lyonnais versus West Ham United

West Ham United is playing some amazing football over the last couple of years. West Ham fans are still surprised about what’s happening with them. In 2020 West Ham fans were protesting their board. They feared for the future of their beloved club. Now two and a half year later they are in the quarter finals of the Europa League. The home match against Olympique Lyonnais ended in a 1-1 draw. PSV versus Leicester City

Leicester City had a very close battle with PSV in the Conference League quarter finals. They played a 0-0 draw in Leicester and it was 1-1 till late in the second game. In the end it was Ricardo Pereira who decided the tie with a winning goal. This goal means Leicester City goes through to the semi-final of the UEFA Conference League.
