Fred delivers
The levels dropped for Man United in the second half. It was clear that the first half had cost them a lot of energy. They couldn’t press as much as they did in the first half. They still tried to push forward to get Ragnick starting with a victory. It looked like Crystal Palace was able to defend them off, until Fred scored the 1-0 in the 77th minute of the game. The lead that Man United needed to get the three points over the line. Now they can prepare for the Champions League and Norwich City next week in the Premier League.
