England heads to Austria for altitude training for World Cup 2010

The England team have headed off to the mountains of Austria in order to get some altitude training. They will be staying in a lovely resort in Styria and will be preparing their bodies for the higher altitude of South Africa for the World Cup. England's first group game will be against the USA, which will take place in Rustenburg.
