Important Premier League dates

17 June 2020

The is the day that the Premier League returns. On this day, the two matches postponed because of the EFL Cup final, will be played. Aston Villa versus Sheffield will be the first match at 6:00 PM. Manchester City versus Arsenal will be the second match of the night and starts at 20:15 PM. When these matches are played every team has 9 more matches to go.

19 June 2020

Friday the 19th is the start of the first complete round of Premier League football. Now every team has the same amount of matches still to play, this is the first of 9 rounds to go. Tottenham Hotspur versus Manchester United and Everton versus Liverpool are the biggest matches of the first full round.

24 June 2020

If Manchester City and Liverpool win their matches at the restart, the 24th of June is the first opportunity for Liverpool to win their first Premier League title and first league title since 1990. Crystal Palace comes to Anfield on the 24th and will try to keep Liverpool away from the title for at least one more round.

Important FA Cup dates

27 July 2020

The FA Cup will start a little over a month after the Premier League. Norwich City versus Manchester United is the first FA Cup quarter final, played on Saturday the 27th of July. The three remaining quarter finals will be played on Sunday 28 July.

1 August 2020

The most important date of this season in the FA Cup! The Fa Cup final will be played on the 1st of August. Eight teams are currently in the running for place in the final. Two teams out of Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, Leicester City, Newcastle United, Norwich City and Sheffield United will play the final this season.
