A query I asked them was never answered so can’t vouch for the support team, but it wasn’t a vital or important one and I would look to use them again.

Great tickets to watch Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. It was a League Cup match, but we scored each seat for around 60 quid. Nice surprise that our tickets also had a couple of drinks included. The support staff was great, I received the tickets a couple of days prior to the match with clear instructions and everything worked as expected.

Purchased a ticket for Fulham/Chelsea about a week and a half before the match in the Hammersmith End. Ticket came three days before the match, process was easy. I was skeptical but was only in London for a few days and wanted to see the match. You are obviously paying above face value but if you really want to see a match, it's worth it.
