An active effort will be made to encourage young girls and women into careers in football, not only as a player but in senior chairperson positions. Investments and initiatives will encourage young girls towards the industry and policies will be revised to ensure equal representation and treatment for women in the football industry.

The industry will focus on the development of the Women’s League, investing greater in this sport and encouraging media attention to the league, which will in turn raise women’s professional football to the same level of popularity as men’s football.
